Fear Street - All Night Party

Ok so I haven't read this one in like almost ten years I reckon but I feel like I remember Cindy being an ungrateful bitch (so obviously she was my favourite character!) and it being so damn obvious who the killer is (I think I forgot but I'm sure I’ll figure it out again quickly), even to the other characters but the killer still manages to convince them otherwise! So everyone's stupid, yay. I'm anticipating a lot of anger while I read this. Woo!

Idek what to make of this cover, looks like there's an unwanted threesome about to happen front and centre while another girl clings to her partner for dear life in the back ground. Everyone's expressions are super intense I love it.
Let's read on!

Fear Street - One Evil Summer

Thought we'd head back to Fear Street again but instead we're off to Seahaven for the Summer with protagonist Amanda Conklin! But she lives on Fear Street so I guess that's ok.
I love this cover, but I hope the girl is suppose to be Chrissy and and not Amanda bc she looks super creepy dancing with her cat.

Let's get into it, I'm keen!!

Twisted - R.L. Stine

An R.L. Stine original before the days of Fear Street, I'm expecting great things from this book bc I froth over anything horror that involves a group of sorority sisters. I'm frothing at the mouth already.

Me frothing at the mouth

This one doesn't even say point horror so it must be super old! I just checked and it's from 1987. Yay 80s!
The cover is boring, it's literally just a girl looking past the viewer creepily with a dark background.
Okeh. Let's read!!

Fear Street - The Switch

ONCE AGAIN SINCERE APOLOGIES FOR NOT POSTING FOR 0949349 MONTHS, uni and work is stressful and hectic and I'm annoying. But here is the first of 2 super old reviews I never got around to posting xoxox.

Revisiting Fear Street again with this one and I gotta say the cover looks intense without actually being intense at all. A blond and a brunette wearing identical clothes hold hands and glare at the viewer while a lighting bolt strikes the middle. I've never read this book before but I'm super duper excited. I hope it's good.
I pray it's good! Pray for me guys.

Fear Street - The Confession

Back to Fear Street with this one!
I have one of the reissued versions of this book with the shiny, metallic covers (Top photo). These ones are kinda boring, all this one is is a handprint but hey I guess the original covers were outdated? Julie doesn't seem to distraught to find a dead body though, she kinda seems like she's in a musical!

This was my first ever Fear Street and I remember how amazing I thought it was and it started my obsession with these novels! I haven't read it in about 10 years so all I really remember is the basic storyline and unfortunately the ending but I won't give that away! I hope.

On with it!

Fear Street - The Secret Bedroom

This cover is great although I'm not a fan of that haircut Lea!
It seems like the skeleton just wants some privacy but Lea is being a nosy bitch and trying to invade the space of skeletor's eerie green room!
Fuck off Lea you nosy bitch! I'm on skeletor's side judging my the cover! I bet a skeleton doesn't even appear in this book though fml.
Anyway let's read!

Fear Street - Lights Out

Journeying back to Shadyside with this next review. Nightmare Hall is good and everything but Fear Street is on a completely different level and I can't wait to read the sarcastic phrase "thrills and chills!" which seems to come up in like every fear street.

The cover to this one is so cringey I love it. Our beautiful main girl Holly is shown looking terrified as she wanders around camp late at night.
I'm so excited to read this I love horror movies and books set at camps! Let's read!

Fear Street - Broken Hearts

This is a super chiller (oo00oooOoo0ooOOooooh) and it's like over 200 pages long so I'm hoping it's good. Plz God be good.

That cover tho. I'm loving the pink denim jacket this girl is rocking. U go girl. On the inside of her locker is a broken heart and threatening message... Written in blood!!!!! Just tricking I'm sure it's paint. Surely. This girl has a pretty clean locker though. Much cleaner than mine ever was. Those posters are horrible though, they need to go honey.
And the tag line is great. "Valentine's Day can be a killer!" Ugh it's so unoriginal I love it. A lot of these books have similar tag lines actually.
Anyway let's read!

Fear Street - Secret Admirer

Let's start with the cover.
I wonder how long it took our protagonist Selena to notice the message written in blood (!?) on the mirror. Or maybe it's lipstick. Maybe it's Maybelline (I hope everyone gets that). Or maybe it's just a marker. Oooooh. But literally she had time to get out a brush before she noticed the writing. Are you actually stupid Selena?! It literally could not be more obvious. Selena plz. And if you look closely, the colour of the writing matches the colour of her nails! Do I smell a personality disorder?
And the tag line! "Someone loves her to death." SOOOOO good. hahahahahaha.
Ok let's read on.
